Mooring Leases Industrial Facility to Wisconsin City

Vienna, VA. February 2008 – Mooring Financial Corporation entered into a one year renewable lease with the City of Watertown, Wisconsin, for a nominal rent, to provide the City space while it built its new Public Works facility. Mooring is pleased to be of assistance to the City while it completes construction of its new building.

Mooring previously obtained an environmental “No-Further Action” from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, before listing the 200,000 s.f. property for lease/ sale.
