Mooring Launches New Hedge Fund

Vienna, VA. March, 2007 – Mooring Financial Corporation formed Mooring Intrepid Opportunity Fund, L.P. on March 1, 2007 to take advantage of the historically narrow credit spreads in the high yield corporate bond market, the commercial mortgage backed securities market and the sub-prime residential mortgage market.

The Fund will invest in, amongst other assets, various indices such as the High Yield Corporate Bond Index and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Index.
